• Reach out 15 minute prior to arrival.
• Lay the fiber cable from the street to your home. Install an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) — a device that converts fiber-optic light signals to electrical Ethernet.
• Test the connection to ensure optimal performance.
• Answer any questions you may have.

The entire process typically takes 2–4 hours, depending on your home's layout and specific requirements.
