SMS/MMS/RCS Messaging Terms (Flume Messaging Program)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that Flume Internet, Inc. ("Flume") may send you SMS, MMS, and/or RCS messages for purposes directly related to your Flume account and service, including: service activation and installation coordination, appointment reminders, outage and maintenance notifications, account and billing notices (including payment reminders), customer support and troubleshooting, and security or service-related alerts.
If you separately opt in to marketing, Flume may also send promotional offers and service updates.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service status. You can expect approximately 0–4 messages per month in normal circumstances, and potentially more during service outages, maintenance events, or active support interactions.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Opt Out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out.
